"This review is long overdue. Several months ago I purchased a home in Tempe. The backyard was nice but looked like it was neglected. I dug up all the landscape lights but could not get them to work. Fearing that the whole system needed updating, I contacted Mitch. He came and checked the entire system and gave me advice. He probably spent an hour at my place. The advice was - my system appeared to be good and in working order and probably needed new bulbs. He recommended what type and where to get them. I replaced approximately 25 bulbs and all worked fine! Between texts, calls, and visits to my house, Mitch did not charge me for his time. Now that is customer service! I am so happy I found MC Lighting! They did a fantastic job with our backyard lighting project. But the customer service, communication and overall responsiveness was incredible. Mitch even took my call while he was on vacation, and when there was a problem during our turf install and the lighting they sent someone over within an hour of me calling and he figured it out and fixed it right away and they did not even charge me for that. I mean, that level of service is hard to beat. We already have quotes for our outdoor sound system and we will be using them for that and any other outdoor lighting needs in the future! I cannot say enough good things.
